Just to clarify:
All American award is a National
program. Attached is National Membership program which lays out the
requirements to make All American. This year they have added VFW Day of
Service for Post.
All State is a
Department program which has different requirements. These requirements
are set by the Department Commander. Attached is a copy of State
Commander Kimbles membership program which outlines the requirements for
All State.
