Here is the ESC information packet:

· Once you reserve your rooms, you will receive a confirmation letter to fill out with your flight information.
· Please fill out the form with your flight information for Munich. AFRC will assign departure times from Munich airport to Edelweiss 8 weeks prior to arrival.
· Once confirmed, Edelweiss will reach out to you to start reserving tours on 1 June.
2. All ESC flights must arrive in Munich airport and made through VTS Travel to ensure a coordinated Munich airport pickup. Any attendee arriving at any other airport will not be picked up by Edelweiss.
3. Necessary items to gain IACS access to the installation:
-Needed information for Access Roster for the Eastern States Conference located in Garmisch, Germany
-Last and First names case sensitive. (Example: Smith, John).
-Nationality (3 letter country code preferred example: USA). This should match the supporting ID.
-Date of Birth format DD MMM YYYY. (Example: 11 Nov 2011).
-Picture of Passport (PDF or JPG) (must be valid for at least 6 months upon entering Germany and through the duration of the conference).

4. Cancellation Policy:
· Prior to 4 June (150 days) free
· After 4 June will result in loss of deposit
· Cancellations that occur within 30 days (1 OCT) will be charged in full
5. When will the deposit be charged?
· A 50% deposit is required 60 days in advance. The remaining 50% will be charged 30 days in advance
6. Travel Insurance:
· Highly recommend Travel insurance
· Guests are encouraged to review the TRICARE Overseas website to understand coverage. Garmisch-Partenkirchen has excellent local medical facilities if needed.
