Subject: National Buddy Poppy Contest Judges needed

Team, Please share this message far and wide. This year, I am soliciting
for NEW volunteer judges at National Convention to be judges for the
Buddy Poppy display contest. Those that are able and willing to assist
need to fill out the questionnaire then we will
select and notify the new judges.
Requirements prior to filling out
Must be attending the National Convention
Must be VFW and/or Auxiliary
Must understand there is no Compensation
Fill out by July 1
Must fulfill their duties at prescribed time and show up to judge on Monday 12pm-330pm
*We will provide the judging materials in advance.
*The panel of judges will receive a gift for their time after judging cards have been turned in.
